Here's some of the things I hear often!
I used to believe I couldn’t afford to invest in myself. Every course, every resource, I’d instantly shut it down with, “Not right now.” Then one day, I was reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad, and I saw this quote that hit me like a punch in the gut: “The poor and middle class say, ‘I can’t afford it.’ The rich say, ‘How can I afford it?’” That single mindset shift changed my life. I realized I was asking the wrong question. Instead of finding a way forward, I was reinforcing my limits.
Around the same time, I went to a charity event and saw people giving generously and impacting lives. I wanted to give too… but I couldn’t. Not because I didn’t care, but because I hadn’t built anything that gave me options. That’s when it clicked: I wasn’t just financially stuck I had a bigger problem of a poor mindset.
I finally decided to invest in myself and be on myself and that one “yes” turned into freedom, time with my family, and a business I now love. So if your first instinct is to say “I can’t afford it,” maybe that’s the exact reason you should say yes.
Because your dream business doesn’t start when you’re “ready.” It starts when you decide you’re worth it.
I used to think ‘sales’ meant being pushy, closing deals, and knowing all the right words to say. That terrified me. I’ve never been good with words and i hated the thought of having to ‘convince’ anyone to buy something. Then I learned that sales isn’t about “selling’ at all—it’s about just asking good questions and telling simple stories. Instead of pitching, I started having real conversations with business owners: “What’s the biggest headache in your business right now?” I’d listen, they’d tell me so many challenges they were running into, and then I would show them how my offer solved that exact problem. And suddenly… sales felt easy.
They weren’t being ‘sold’ they were choosing to take action. And they even started coming to me organically because they heard of the impact I was helping other businesses with!
Can’t you picture how amazing that would feel for your business for your customers to come and find you???
I remember staring at my laptop thinking, “What would I even sell?” I wasn’t an “expert.” I didn’t have a big following. And I definitely didn’t think I had anything worth paying for. But then someone asked me a question that flipped everything:
“What do people always come to you for help with?”
I realized people were always asking me how I was able to create a business that allowed me to be more present with my family while the business continued to provide… how to create something online… or how I got consistent with content.
That was value. So I turned that into a simple offer. Nothing fancy. Just packaging something I already knew into a framework others could follow. That one digital offer brought in my first few customers and gave me the confidence to keep going.
Can you imagine how freeing it would feel to take something you already know or love… and turn it into income that helps other people?
I used to think starting a business meant working even more hours. My schedule was already insane—I was already working 70+ hrs/week. I had no time for a side hustle, so I kept telling myself, 'I just can’t take on more.'
Then I realized—wealthy people don’t work harder, they build systems. Instead of trading time for money, they create automated income streams that run 24/7—even while they sleep. That’s when I discovered SaaS. I didn’t need to work more—I just needed simple, plug-and-play software systems that solve business problems on autopilot.
These systems didn’t take long to set up and only needed small tweaks here and there.Suddenly, my income wasn’t tied to my time. I wasn’t ‘working more’—I was working smarter."
👉 ✅ The Lesson: You don’t need more time—you need a system that works for you.
I had never built a website, never set up an automation, and wasn’t even really sure where to start. Every time I thought about starting, I felt overwhelmed.
Then I realized something: I didn’t need to be a tech genius—I just needed to follow a proven simple strategy. Instead of overcomplicating things, I focused on learning a few simple tools that did 90% of the work for me. I didn’t need to ‘build’ a system from scratch—I just had to plug in the right pieces. When I did, everything clicked. It was easier than I ever imagined, and now, it’s the reason my business runs like a machine.
Can you imagine what it would feel like in your life to have a system working for you while you sleep?
My biggest fear is failing. So much that it caused me to take action for years! I was always waiting for the ‘perfect time’—but the perfect time never came. I’d watch others succeed and think, ‘What do they have that I don’t?’Then I learned something powerful: failure isn’t what happens when you try—it’s what happens when you do nothing. I learned that taking imperfect action trumps no action everytime!! I decided to take action and just start!
Create One offer. One conversation. One customer.
And it worked.
Have you ever had that feeling of wow this is going to work? Now, looking back, the only thing I regret is not starting sooner.
👉 ✅ The Lesson: The only way to fail is to do nothing. Taking action—even small steps—leads to momentum, confidence, and success.
I used to think only ‘big’ businesses needed software. I had no idea if small businesses would pay for automation. Then I started asking the right questions: “How much time do you spend following up with customers?” “What would it mean for your business if more leads actually converted?”
Every business owner I talked to had the same response: “I never thought about that before.”That’s when I realized—every business needs help with marketing and automation, but most don’t even know where to start. That’s why they need YOU.
👉 ✅ The Lesson: Businesses are already struggling with problems you can solve. You just need to ask the right questions and show them a better way.
